These terms govern use of the Maro website, checkout flows, subscriptions, communications, and the broader platform experience.
Maro is a technology platform and patient experience brand. Independent licensed healthcare providers make their own clinical decisions, and licensed pharmacies handle dispensing and shipment where applicable. State-specific rights, notices, and consent requirements may vary.
Maro operates a technology platform and consumer experience layer that may help connect users with independent licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. Maro itself does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or prescribe medication.
Any treatment decision, including whether to issue a prescription or modify a treatment plan, is made by an independent licensed provider using their own professional judgment.
You must be at least 18 years old, located in a jurisdiction where the relevant service is available, and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the platform. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.
Using the website or completing intake forms does not guarantee treatment, a prescription, refill approval, or a specific medication. Treatment may be declined or delayed if a provider determines it is not clinically appropriate, if more information is needed, if the service is unavailable in your state, or if inventory or regulatory constraints apply.
Maro is not an emergency service. Call 911 or seek in-person emergency care for any medical emergency.
By placing an order or starting a subscription, you authorize the applicable charges presented during checkout, including recurring charges where disclosed. Medication, provider review fees, shipping, taxes, and subscription terms may vary by treatment category.
Orders may be fulfilled by third-party licensed pharmacies. Shipping timelines are estimates only and can be affected by clinical review time, pharmacy processing, carrier performance, inventory, and weather.
You may cancel or pause eligible subscriptions through your account or by contacting support, subject to any timing windows disclosed at checkout. Once a provider review has been completed or a pharmacy has begun filling a prescription, that order may no longer be refundable due to the nature of prescription products and applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the platform, impersonate another person, submit false medical information, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the service in violation of law.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maro disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires additional consent.
